Cleveland High School Classroom Addition and Johnston Community College Advanced Manufacturing Training Center

Projects to be financed with the proceeds of limited obligation bonds to be issued by the County through the Johnston County Finance Corporation in the Spring of 2025 include (a) a 24-classroom addition to Cleveland High School in the Cleveland community of the County, construction of which is to be conducted and managed by the Johnston County Public Schools, and (b) a portion of the costs to construct a new 67,000 square-foot building in the Town of Four Oaks, the construction of which will be conducted and managed by the I-95/I-40 Crossroads of America Economic Development Alliance, Inc., and which will be owned and operated by Johnston Community College as an Advanced Manufacturing Training Center once construction of the facility is complete.
